Everything is excellent. The only thing that I would say is the last two orders I had the top part of the spool broke. I guessing the shipping process so when I took out the yarn, it was a huge mess and it took time to roll it up, so maybe if there’s a way to put bubble wrap around the top part of the spool? But other than that, I love the product. I love everything about it.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback and for your kind words! ❤️ I’m so sorry to hear that the tops of the spools broke during your last two deliveries. I will definitely look into how protect the spools during shipping. It means a lot to me that you love our products, and I’m so grateful for your support! 😊❤️

Hi, The first one was great, but I placed my second order 30 days ago, and shipping hasn't even started yet. I'm worried about my money. I probably won't be able to buy from you again, as I've lost trust.
