However, I received a bill from Fed Ex for tariffs equal to more than 40% of my purchase costs which included the your very negligible shipping fee
This charge was even a higher fee than I paid previously on an enormous shipment I received late in 2025.
Is there a way to estimate these costs in advance as other companies do? At this point, I’d like to place another large order but am fearful of not knowing these fees in advance.

Hello Laurie, I wanted to extend my sincerest apologies for the current situation. From 2025 August your President has implemented new import taxes for goods entering the USA. Unfortunately, these additional fees are being enforced by the government and are beyond my control. I truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this adjustment period.

And the import tarrif should be 15 % of the order. It should not be 40 % of the order amount. As I know, it should 15 % tarrif.
