I love the product, but was in shock when I received a bill from FedEx for Tariff charges on my purchases both times for supplies to make gifts for family and friends. I guess I could understand my having to pay a tariff if I was reselling my finished baskets, but they’re gifts.
I wanted to extend my sincerest apologies for the current situation. Recently (from 2025 August) your President T. has implemented new import taxes for goods entering the USA. Unfortunately, these additional fees are being enforced by the government and are beyond my control. I truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this adjustment period.

I ordered the cord before the deadline for tariff fees communicated to me via email but never received the cord at all! Not sure how organized operations are now for Monomey. I would like a refund. Very disappointed.
