Placemats (and a pumpkin)!

I purchased enough cord to crochet 4 placemats and had enough cord left over to crochet a little pumpkin. Perfect autumn table setting. I followed along with the video instructions which were very clear and informative. This was a quick crochet project that will get regular use. The cord is substantial and washable which is great for placemats.

As a beginner, it took me a few attempts to get my stitches correct, and I haven't mastered holding the cord in my left hand.
