This is my 3rd bag I’ve crocheted from this site, along with the 3 totes. I love them - and receive so many compliments. 2 of the bags were for my friends. Directions are easy to follow - I’ve only been crocheting for 1 year. The video tutorial is also very helpful. Once you order you receive an email with the link for the pattern and the video tutorial. One reviewer complained about the tariffs — Of my several orders, I only had to pay tariffs on one of the orders. I can’t figure out why, as it was my 2nd order, not my 1st or 3rd. While I wasn’t pleased with having to pay tariffs, I’m not blaming the seller. It’s hard to find information on what falls under tariffs and what doesn’t. I ended up emailing my congressman and complaining.

The most frustrating part of this experience was the complete lack of honesty upfront. After my order arrived, I was suddenly hit with extra tariff/import charges that were never clearly disclosed during checkout. Instead of taking responsibility, the vendor blamed “Trump tariffs” and the shipping company, as if that somehow excuses hiding the real cost from customers. Tariffs and shipping fees don’t magically appear out of nowhere. The vendor knew these charges were possible and chose not to make them clear before taking payment. Passing the blame afterward doesn’t make the situation any less deceptive. Customers deserve transparency before they buy, not excuses after the package shows up and the surprise bill arrives.
